Library
Two kinds of content. One consistent lens.
Nafsychology™ is an educational, ethics-first project for psycho-spiritual refinement, using psychological typology as map-language under Islamic guardrails.
The library holds two distinct content types. Refinement Notes are the monthly practice essays: dated, sequential, arc-bearing, and oriented toward the living edge of the work. Core Explainers are the evergreen foundations: stable, first-principles reference pages that change slowly by design.
These public materials support the Foundation Sequence without previewing its full internal architecture. The Notes build on the Explainers without repeating them; the books build on both without turning the site into a preview catalog.
Readers new to the project will find it useful to begin with Start Here or with Core Explainer #1. Readers already oriented may enter through the Notes.
Refinement Notes
Monthly essays on the practice of proportionate refinement. Each Note develops one clarification, boundary, or applied lens within the arc of the series.
Refinement Notes are published on the last Thursday of each month.
Core Explainers
Evergreen reference pages: first principles, scope limits, and the stable guardrails that govern how map-language is used responsibly throughout the project.
Core Explainers update as the framework develops.
Educational only. No tests, scores, or typing. No diagnosis or therapy. No Fatwā.
